Production Design: Extensive experience in prepress and production-ready artwork. Advanced knowledge of colour management, and pixel-perfect proofing, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex color challenges using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Careful typesetter. Currently expanding workflows by integrating Figma into print-production processes. Adept at set-up for multi-colour work, spot-colour touch plates, tonal printing, overprinting, bindery, and embellishments.
Structural Packaging Design: Specialized in luxury packaging design, including folding cartons, boxes, custom enclosures, and rigid setup boxes. Adept at translating concepts into functional, production-ready structures with a strong understanding of steel-rule die cutting and the requirements of high-volume manufacturing. Highly experienced with scoring, embossing, debossing, folding, gluing, laminates and print finishing.
Materials & Substrate Development: Deep knowledge of packaging materials including paper, paperboard, corrugate, polypropylene plastics, and specialty substrates. Experienced in navigating global compliance standards, transport packaging considerations, and quality assurance throughout the production lifecycle. Procurement experience understanding budgets & fair value in trade.
